Show Notes

This episode is part of a series of On the Street interviews with

I spoke with four local artists with booths in the artist marketplace, two metalworkers and two photographers. Jake Buntjer of Mister Pauper and Boxcar Studios is a 3D mixed media metal reclaimer, sculptor and assembler of symbols of the human narrative.  Travel photographer Randy Laub of Photoissimo Fine Art Photography snaps photos around Europe.  William Huff of William Huff Photography catches wild landscapes in luxurious colors and light. Mike Beals of Ring a Sculpture makes richly colored steel bells.  "Ring the bell in the morning as a celebration of the day...ring the bell in the evening as a thank you for the day...enjoy the journey."  The Utah Arts Festival runs through the end of the weekend downtown SLC on library square.  Listen to the on the street interviews here or anywhere podcasts are available, check out the gallery photos below and then head on down to the festival to enjoy art, music, food, a film festival, stand up comedy and workshops.
